At ³Õºº¾ãÀÖ²¿ District School Board (³Õºº¾ãÀÖ²¿) there are two types of facility partnership opportunities: lease and co-build.

Lease Opportunities

Where schools at ³Õºº¾ãÀÖ²¿ have under-utilized space, the board can lease space to a group to use for their purposes (office space, child care, etc.). This group must be willing to act in accordance with the board Facility Partnership Principles, as well as enter into a rental agreement with ³Õºº¾ãÀÖ²¿.

Co-Build Opportunities

Where ³Õºº¾ãÀÖ²¿ is planning a school expansion or re-build, community groups and partners can apply to contribute financially to the build and participate in the design of the project.
